DO I NEED Fitness EQUIPMENT to JOIN the Training Club

You don’t need any however at least some form of resistance is recommended. Whether it’s bands, kettlebells, DBs or sandbags. Our workouts provide explanations on how to use what you have and we encourage our members to be creative and resourceful. Most workouts are done with mini loop bands, bodyweight, a light weight (8-15lbs) or light long band and a heavy weight (20-45lbs) or medium to heavy long band.

How Challenging Are THe Workouts

Wellness beginner to experienced athlete - the workouts will be easily modifiable to fit your needs and challenge you.

Can I do the Training Club everyday to see results or do I need to combine them with Other Activities / workouts

The Training Club is designed so that you can definitely use the workouts to see results, however it was also designed so that you can work around other workouts and activities you have on the go and use The Training Club for what you need when you need it.
